This 12” x 16” framed and numbered (3/25) print by renowned Civil War artist Dale Gallon depicts a young Union drummer boy. These youthful soldiers viewed their experience in the Civil War as an all-consuming part of their lives. It provided a dangerous and exciting adventure for these young soldier

“Pie Apples”
A 36” x 23 1/2” framed print by renowned Vermont artist Fred Swan showing the blazing color of a Vermont fall, mist in the valleys and an empty ladder stands ready for the annual harvest of “pie apples.”

This handmade quilt, approximately 74” square, is a combination of four-patch and quarter-circle squares utilizing Civil War period reproduction fabrics. Stitched and contributed by Carolyn Fouts.

This approx. 20” x 20” framed counted cross-stitch sampler is based on the 1863 masterpiece quilt created by Vermonter Jane Stickle. The original quilt is housed in the Bennington Museum in Bennington, Vermont. Stitched and contributed by Carolyn Fouts.

An approximately 33 inch square lap robe or wall hanging containing 25 pinwheel blocks set on the diagonal, separated by contrasting fabric sashings. Stitched and contributed by Carolyn Fouts.
